EKSA, which was introduced from January 2014, is the rebranding of the Public Sector 5S Practice, which is one of the initiatives towards improving the quality of government service delivery. This rebranding step is appropriate and in line with current changes and requirements that always emphasize improving the performance and competitiveness of the organization in addition to fueling a creative and innovative culture among public sector departments/agencies.
The main component in the implementation of EKSA is based on the 5S Practice (Side, Arrange, Sweep, Uniform and Always Charity) and is improved by the addition of several new elements namely Corporate Image | Creativity and Innovation | Green Practices | Conducive Environment | Diversity of Agencies
