Among the requirements that the applicant needs to ensure, among them are:

Applications must be made one week before the ceremony / program.

Include full tentative, program name total attendance and the name and position of the vip/vvip in attendance.

Introductory language for this prayer.

Not intersucted with events that against Islam's ethics and teachings.

Among the important conditions to know is, the pre-marriage course organized by the Islamic Center is only limited to UPM current staff and students (current students only). staff children or staff who have pensioned or local residents are not eligible to join the said course. The UPM Islamic Center organizes the course in several series a year according to the number of participants set by the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (JAIS). In a year, the Islamic Center will organize a total of 2 series of courses that will be announced on the UPM Islamic Center's website or social media.

The registration fee is subject to regulations by the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (JAIS) from time to time. But so far, the Islamic Center charges the fee set by JAIS still below RM 100.00 including the certificate. The course only lasts for 2 days, Saturday and Sunday. However, the fee can be determined at the discretion of the Islamic Center of UPM.

Costs for funeral management are:

RM 1,500.00 - RM 1,800.00 (foreigners)

The cost includes the process of bathing the corpse, shroud, prayer, talkin, burial process and cemetery permit as well as transportation of the corpse to and fro. However, the UPM Islamic Center sincerely hopes that all UPM staff can contribute to become members of the death charity so that all costs are covered by the fund.
